Schedule your free consultation with MH. During your consultation we will discuss your goals, that will lead you on your journey to success

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR FIRST SESSION

Prior to our first session I will email you a health history form. Please take your time to fill this out and email it back to us. During your first meeting we will touch base on key components in conjunction with reviewing goals

We will touch base on the circle of life, and any areas you want to improve, or that preventing you from being the best version of yourself

PAYMENT OPTIONS

MHS offers the option to pay in full at a discounted price of $800 or a payment plan of $150 due monthly. Payment option of your choice must be provided prior to the beginning of your first session after the free consultation.
